Arlington Oaks is going to receive new, more energy-efficient equipment soon in all the laundry rooms. Please note, the Facilities Committee does NOT manage the equipment nor the prices for the machines.

 

Before the new equipment arrives the Facilities Committee is going to inspect the rooms and suggest improvements to the Board. For instance, we know of at least one laundry room that hasn't been painted in over 10 years. If you have any suggestions or comments about how your laundry room functions or the appearance of the room please contact the Facilities Committee. We are interested in hearing about doors not working, issues with lighting, indoor air quality, etc. We can't help you if someone takes your clothes out of the dryer, if you are missing a sock, or if you are unhappy about the price.
